Indonesia is world renowned  for its perfect surf and the Mentawai are magic  due to light winds and the powerful perfect swells!

Mentawai archipelago is located a50 km west from the island of Sumatra. The Aloita resort is in the north of Sipora, one of the 3 biggest islands in the Mentawai archipelago.

Western tourism is not so frequent in these area so local people is very friendly to travellers. Padang airport is small but has many flights from and to Jakarta and Singapore.
