SUP - Stand Up Paddle!

Standing up om a board and having the sensation of gliding is the goal of any potential surfer and with the SUP you will shorten a lot the way!

Born in the Hawaii, it is a fun and easy-going sport: from the first moments, the beginner who has never jumped on a board will safely lying on the surfboard, then kneeling with the hoop that will serve as a propulsion and in a few minutes you will be able to stand up to laughing in looking for stability that everybody finds, thanks to the volume of the board!

Once you have learned the technique you can decide whether to take the waves or go on an excursion along the coast!
