SURFING IN PLAYGROUND

Playground Area is a group of islands in the Mentawai archipelago, famous for having waves of incredible quality. Also thanks to the position of the various islands there is a wide swell exposure from 240 SW to 165 SE, making an high swell frequency that generates high quality waves. There is always a protected and more exposed spot based on swell and wind direction!

Aside from the most well-known waves, there are still a number of high quality secret or semi-secrets spots that guarantee a controlled crowding condition, but we will not list them in any website!
