Our Surfpack at J-Bay includes surf school for beginner and intermediate levels, or a surf guiding service dedicated to advanced surfers. You can choose the accommodation that best suits your needs: in our Surfhouse, in a shared or private room, or in our Surf Resort, both located just 5 meters from J-Bay‘s legendary wave.
Endless beaches and always summery weather, Jeffreys Bay, South Africa, is known as the place of dreams, and it’s easy to see why: the hot, humid summer and mild winter allow for quiet surfing year-round.
We also offer a range of extra activities:
- Horseback riding-riding 14 km of deserted beaches with the possibility of seeing whales and dolphins while riding. The trail is a plunge into nature, among high sand dunes that overwhelm you. After heavy rains, lagoons of emerald water form and are not to be missed.
- English School-The Jeffreys Bay language school also offers English language courses; the course includes General English, Business English, and exam preparation. Teachers are qualified and classes with few students, so you can get the attention you need. The activities we will offer and living in the local culture will make your English study fun.
- Sandboarding – descending from sand dunes with boards exactly like descending into powder with a snowboard!
