Kitesurfing combines the adreanalin and technique of surfing ,windsurfing and wakeboarding into a single discipline making it one of the most spectacular water sports known.
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced kite lessons. If you want to take a full course with IKO certification, this is the best option for you.
THE COURSE:
Kite lessons are held at Famara Beach, 6 km of beach. It is an easy sport to learn. With the IKO/FKI learning program you will improve quickly and safely.
With 4 days of classes, beginners will be able to be self-sufficient to go out on their own, not only for their own safety but also for the safety of others!
KITE COURSE FOR BEGINNERS:
Basic Level: Safety, prevention, Flight technique, force control, simulator, use of trapeze.
Medium Level: Flying technique, wing retrieval technique in the water, body drag, first entries into the water with the board for beginners
Our kitesurfing courses are held in the Kite area north of Famara Beach, where our instructors teach groups of maximum 4 pupils at a time. Each pupil uses one board and one sail. For all, after the course, there is still shore support and safety with equipment rental.
KITE COURSE FOR ADVANCED:
Advanced Level: Knowing and trimming your own material, upwind, maneuvers, jumps. For those who already know how to surf we offer private in-water courses where we improve your posture and technique, using different boards such as surfboards and two-way boards to improve basic and advanced maneuvers such as jumps and surfing.
EQUIPMENT We use the latest generation of BLADE sails and SURFTECH boards, wetsuits and all necessary equipment.
It is an official IKO and NAISH center, and upon completion we issue you a certificate of attendance.
VERY IMPORTANT: In the event that conditions do not allow the normal course to run, the opportunity will be given to substitute kitesurfing lessons with surfing, SUP lessons, or to entertain yourself with pleasant excursions!
