Documents and Health Care:

A mandatory Entry Visa is required to enter the Maldives. A thirty-day tourist visa is granted directly at the airport upon entry into the country. The visa can be extended for an additional sixty days for a total of ninety days; thePassport must be valid for a minimum of 1 month beyond the date of return.

Health facilities: There are no endemic diseases in the areas frequented by tourists, and normal hygienic measures are generally taken in large hotel facilities. WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL EXPENSES

Currency:
