Each day will start with a healthy and nutritious breakfast to give you the right boost, while throughout the day you will always find fresh fruit, tea and coffee available.

In the morning, wave energy awaits you with surf lessons, led by certified instructors who will take you to the best spots in the area, choosing the conditions best suited to your level each day.

In the afternoon you can regain calm and centeredness with our yoga classes included in the package. You’ll experience practices led by qualified teachers who can tailor each session to your own pace, mixing different styles such as more traditional Hatha, flowing Vinyasa, and Yin yoga for deep relaxation.

Peniche is easily reached from several Italian cities such as Milan, Bologna, Rome, with Ryan Air’s low-cost flights. In approx 2 h of flight time it lands directly at Porto airport (approx 35 km from Esmoriz camp) Tap and Alitalia also fly on these routes.

From the airport:

Camp transfer: If you prefer, we can pick you up at the Lisbon airport, at an additional cost per way of 90 euros.

Public transportation: Our surfcamp about 1h drive from Lisbon airport and is easily accessible by cab or public transportation.
