Pipa in Brazil has many surf spots for all levels of surfers, from beginner to pro, with waves of different types and for all styles, from long to short board, in a tropical setting. On the waves of “Praia do Amor,” a short walk from downtown, the local shortboard championship is held in late November and the Mormaii long and shortboard championship in mid-December.
