The Dakhla Peninsula has several fantastic surf spots. Because of its exposure, it receives swells from different quadrants, and the wind, which is almost always off shore, combs the area’s various point breaks perfectly. The best season to find waves of quality and size is from September to April, when powerful North Atlantic swells travel south, but it’s not uncommon to find smaller but fun waves from May to August as well.

| Foum El Bouir This excellent point break faces right in front of our surf resort. It is a very long right with even tubing sections, on a sandy bottom. Wave suitable for all levels. |  |
| Pointe de l’or Excellent beach break, a few km from the resort, accessible only by 4×4 vehicles. Right and left waves, suitable for all levels. |  |
| The Sarga Point break of excellent quality, with endless right-handed waves, often tubing. Offshore in any north wind. |  |
