Razo beach is a huge beach break with several peaks, the best peak for surfing being in the part of the beach called “Teirón,” where there is a reef break with a short, powerful wave that coo! The rest of the beach offers sand breaks, with righties and lefties breaking more mutedly. The tides totally change the appearance of the beach during the day: at low tide the beach stretches about 400 meters from the shore to the dunes, making it a great place for beach volleyball, fishing, or just sunbathing. While at high tide the waves are of better quality for surfing.
