Our surf camp gives a lot of attention to the level of those attending the surf camp. In fact, we propose 3 different levels of learning, to make people improve but also not to affect too much the fatigue of those who for example are surfing for the first time.
The levels offered are Absolute Beginner ( from zero surfing to only tried in the past ), Advanced Beginner ( those who already have a minimum of experience or attended other courses ), Intermediate Level ( for those who want to improve technique with a careful part to photo analisy and functional training.
In all levels we give the opportunity to use the equipment independently even outside of class hours by 6 p.m. when school closes.
In the basic course, we offer 2h classes per day and for 4 afternoons per week of coreelative activities
On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays Theoretical lessons for the correction of the most common mistakes also with photo analysis followed by training in our gym oriented to physical recovery and preparation for surfing . We will also use the Dry Surf Sistem Balance, a fantastic tool that allows with its instability to train balance and position as well as improve dry take off.
On Friday there will be a yoga session for beginners and intermediates, ideal for stretching and muscle recovery.
