Our main beach, Frouxeira, gives powerful Atlantic swells that attract surfers from all over the world. Here you will find conditions and peaks for all levels from the absolute beginner to the surfer who wants to test his skills.

At our school, quality comes first. To best organize lessons, we first assess the level of each student, whether a beginner or a more experienced surfer. We analyze wave and tide forecasts to choose the best time and beach each day.

Each week you will have the same instructor by your side, who will track your progress, give you advice and help you perfect your technique. Classes last approximately 4 hours including transportation, theory, warm-up and about 1h30 in the water.

You will be followed by the best instructors in Galicia. Born in this region, they have surfed its coasts all their lives. Their passion for surfing, dedication to teaching and vast experience make them unique, so much so that they are also competitive trainers for local young surfers
