We offer courses for Adults and Children for all levels from absolute principainte to advanced

The lectures in all last about 3h including photo analysis

The course includes an initial Safety Check to give you all the info on how to behave in the water and with the board to stay safe at all times.

Then basic knowledge such as reading the sea and waves and movements for take off.

Warm Up , before going into the water better warm up the muscles and then course in the water to learn how to catch the first waves for absolute beginners , or improve technique for all other level

When we have a minimum of participants we also do the video analysis where after session we will see photos and videos of your surfing for a video correction !
