Surfing at Pasta Point

One of the most famous waves in all of the Maldives, probably the most famous.

Private access only for our Pasta Point resort clients up to a maximum of 30 surfers.

Pasta Point is the most famous wave in North Male, this is where the history of surfing in the Maldives has been born since 1991. Due to the location Pasta Point is a very consistent and high quality wave.

Left high quality, unrolls in the channel adjacent to Pasta Point Resort island. Wave on reef, up to 2/3ft is accessible to all intermediate-advanced levels.

In the Pick Season (JUN-SETT) swells can be important, 4-8 ft then only for advanced surfers.

Proximity to 3 other top-quality waves such as Sultans, Honky’s, and Jails makes surfing in this area definitely full of options, righties and lefties less than 5 minutes dingy.
