This surf school package with accommodation in the Surf House in Guadeloupe is designed for beginner and intermediate levels, year-round.

For beginners, it will be a pleasure to get started in crystal clear waters and always followed by professional instructors. The spots where we take our students are perfect, with clean, easy waves: it won’t seem possible for you to learn to surf so fast!

Every day we will meet in our surf school and our instructor will teach you everything you need to improve your surfing skills.

Guadeloupe is a former French colony located between the Caribbean and the Atlantic Ocean and is composed of two interconnected islands: Basse Terre, washed by the Caribbean Sea, verdant and dominated by an active volcano, and Great Terre, washed by the Caribbean Sea to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the driest and most wave-prone coastline, here are the islands’ most important surf spots!

Due to its location between the two seas, Guadalupe receives both Atlantic currents and tropical cyclones that flow into the Gulf of Mexico, making this a perfect surfing destination.

Due to the variety of spots, lagoons and winds, it is also an ideal kitesurfing destination.

How to Get There:

Guadeloupe is easily accessible from several Italian cities such as Milan and Rome, with international flights. In approx. 7 hours’ flight you can land at Point-a-Pitre International Airport (PTP), about 30 minutes from the camp by car.

Rental Car: We recommend renting a car directly from the airport.

Cab: Getting to surfcamp by taxy is very convenient and fast.

Surfcamp airport shuttle: Upon request we can pick you up directly at the airport, with an additional charge of 50€ a/r.

Health Care and Documents:

Italian citizens do not need a visa to travel to Guadeloupe. We recommend making several copies of your passport, in case the original is lost. Both public and private hospital facilities are of a good standard; however, we recommend traveling with international travel insurance.
